One address reaches us: support@netdistance.net. It is the same address the Support screen in the portal writes to. Use a subject line from below and it lands in the right place.

Enterprise pricing

Enterprise is priced against your traffic rather than listed, so it is the one plan that cannot be started from the portal. Tell us your monthly request volume, the hostnames you want behind the edge, and anything your contract has to say about data residency or an SLA.

Sales and plan changes

Free, Basic and Pro are self-serve — you can start on any of them from the portal in a few minutes and change later. Write to us if you want a quota raised beyond a plan’s allowance, or you are not sure which one fits.

Support

If you already have an account, Support in the portal is faster: it can see your configuration and your own traffic, which is most of the answer to “why is this URL being blocked”. Email reaches the same people without a login.

Security and abuse

Report a vulnerability in the platform, or abuse of a hostname served through it, to the same address with Security report or Abuse report in the subject. Please include enough detail to reproduce, and give us a reasonable window before disclosing publicly.

Privacy and legal

Access, erasure and portability requests under GDPR and equivalent laws, and any question about the Terms or the Privacy Policy, go to the same address. Requests are answered within the statutory deadline.

What to include
For anything about live traffic, the fastest thing you can send is the hostname and a rough timestamp. Every layer writes a structured event per request, so a hostname and a minute is usually enough to find the exact decision — which layer acted, and under which rule.
